天台山茶叶，已有上千年历史。唐代陆羽的《茶经》称：“生赤城者与歙同（指全国著名茶叶产地安徽翕县”，“石桥诸山亦产茶，味清甘，不让他郡。”天台山茶叶，不仅为全国名茶之一，早在宋代已传到日本。
天台山茶叶是绿茶叶珍品，外形翠绿含毫，紧结如眉，香味浓郁，茶味甘甜，其中华顶云雾茶为最佳。

浙江天台白鹤镇山毛科柑桔基地种植柑桔有着悠久历史，年产柑桔200万斤以上，主要有特早桔、早熟桔、脐橙、天草桔、伊橘柑等30多个品种。现特早桔、早熟桔已上市。

还有白鹤的新楼村也是产好柑橘的地方。那里的柑橘很只是大部分销到新昌。我在那边

上工作，所以每年多要吃掉好多的新楼柑橘

天台山“弥山药草，满谷丹材”其乌药以养生为最，秦汉以来名扬海内外。
唐高僧监真曾用乌药治愈日本光明太后之病，因而被誉为“长生不老之药”（虽有不妥当，但只能说明乌药确有特别之处）。
此外，天台白术、仙居玄参、太平荆芥为台州传统名药。

浙江省天台县西北角的白鹤镇万年山，八峰环翠，潭瀑叠藏，海拔在700米以上，终年云雾缭绕，山中名扬中外的古刹万年寺，寺前寺后均有茶园，日本佛教临济宗创始人荣西于公元1168年和公元1187年两度入天台山万年寺，潜心研究天台佛教觅宗之余，向万年山人学习栽茶、制茶、煮茶方法，临走时还带走了大量茶籽，种于博多的安国山等地，成为日本“名茶珍品”产地。荣西还著《吃茶养生记》，推广饮茶，继而形成日本独特的”茶道“，荣西被人尊为日本”茶祖“。
万年山茶叶不但东传日本，名声赫赫，在国内也一直被视为珍品。万年山古号“平田禅院”，寺院前后茶园所产茶叶，齐中钦将其命为“平田麦颗”，列为第9品，清代诗人袁枚游览万年寺，品茗后挥笔写下万年“云雾茶浓水味清”的佳句。时至九十年代，万年山所产的“丹丘雾芽”色泽润绿，水色清澈、质香味浓。在1991年中国杭州国际茶文化节暨浙江省第三届斗茶会上，获名茶新秀一等奖。

这是酥糖````记的我上小学的时候经常每天买一个。记的很清楚当时是2角五分一个。

里面是一小块一小块的酥糖，很香，不腻口。现在去超市也不忘买上一包。

番薯干羔，小的时候，每到快要过年，奶奶多会自己做的其中一种。还有点印象。记的是用煮熟番薯打成泥。然后用两个四方的木板夹起来。然后等韧一点再拿出来切成一小片一小片。再烘干，现在已经很少有人吃这个了，市场上也很少有的卖。不过这几天看有人在街边卖这个。买了一点来尝。。。。没我奶奶做的好吃。。

天台节售（音似）面干不错天台南门大桥靠原始丰中学那边的有的卖当然据说三门面干更好！

小吃：呼啦踏（大肠金里面有歌），脚憋桶（通信市场旁边有），麦饼（以前杭大前门有个很大的店），扁食，糊腊费，无味粥，水高（天台炒的味道就是好吃），豆面赛，还有好多。

我要请人民医院门口卖火烧饼的做师傅，教会一帮的人，而后给他们在各个城市配烧饼炉一个，推车一辆，上书：天台火烧饼。有金华酥饼的地方就有火烧饼。分散在各地的天台人请捧场，定要叫卖金华酥饼的统统易帜。以此类推，有鸡蛋煎饼的地方就有糊拉塌，有春卷的地方就有饺饼筒，卖pizza的隔壁就有我们的麦饼，充分弘扬天台的吃文化。后司街要是想打广告的话，可以酌情收费。

天台人喜欢天台场，你好大家都跟着学，好的坏的都上，把好的也做坏。天台的风味小吃没有人去开发啊！如果有人能象沙县小吃那样去打品牌的话，那给天台人民造福了。就业的人就会多很多了。

深有同感。偶们家里用的两把菜刀一把是偶姆妈从天台集市买过来的，生铁做的，刀锋薄而锋利用起来很爽；另外一把超市里买的，不锈钢的，亮倒是蛮亮，但是钝的只能切水果。

说到菜刀，讲个笑话。有天我们家的大门敞开着，进来一个不知是真的哑巴还是装聋作哑的叫卖人，左右手里各拿一把菜刀，敲得噼里啪啦响，久久不走。我老妈于是掏钱把它们买下来，那人拿钱走人，我老妈赶紧关大门。我说干嘛买它，我们又不缺刀。我老妈说，他在这里赖着不走，再下去说不定拿菜刀砍下来了，犯不着。我也学那人拿菜刀左右对砍，那人对砍了半天也没问题的刀，在我手里一砍一个缺，丢在院子里，没两天就锈了。

有的羊脚蹄死活咬不动。但是，碰到脆的，松的那种，真是香啊，我没有办法找到合适的词语来形容了啊。已经有20年没有吃过，15年没有见过了。我上中学后好象就没有再吃过，出来上大学然后工作就再也没有见过这个好东东了。
好怀念，尽管不一定是自己的最爱吃的。
